The Sing From Your Heart Chorus is comprised of persons with memory loss and dementia. This is a brand-new vocal ensemble for persons with early-to-mid-stage dementia and a support partner to share in the joy and benefits of music through singing.
Based in Fargo, North Dakota and serving individuals with memory loss or dementia and their support partners, primarily in Cass County of North Dakota, and Clay County of Minnesota.
